Avon Glimmerstick Diamonds Eyeliner – G42 Twilight Sparkle Review & Swatches
Avon is one brand which is getting lot of attention from me. I was not aware of this brand until I started following beauty and make up blogs. One such blog gave me the pleasure of owning this glimmer sticks eyeliner.

My take on Avon Glimmersticks Diamonds Eyeliner – G42 Twilight Sparkle:
I was searching for a perfect blue of my type; a blue that is more of dark and has some black mixed in it. I had the least idea about the shimmers in the eyeliner. I was not sure of how the shimmers would look on me.
Avon Glimmersticks Diamonds Eyeliner is a re-tractable twist pencil. I adore these types of pencil they do not need any sharpening. Twist up for a small tip of the colored pencil will do the trick of applying eyeliner very neatly. The entire pencil is black with glimmer prints of the details on it. The shade color and name is printed at the bottom end of the pencil.
The product glides very easily on my eye lid. One swipe does not give a satisfactory look; the shimmers feel as though they are just scattered around a fade line. I need at least 4 swipes for a defined line on my lash line. The base color of the pencil is a heavy blue which has sparkling blue shimmers. The continuous swiping however does not hurt my sensitive eye skin; no burning; no tugging and the pencil tip does not even breaks. The texture is pretty smooth and gives an intense line of blue shimmers. The shimmers do not run around every where on the face. They just sit where they are placed. It stays on me for a good 5 hours; which is a very good factor for pencil eyeliner. I have to mention here that I have dry skin around my eyes too.
I am in great love with this pencil. I am searching for a similar product in bottle green shade; those dark kind ones which will look like a colored version of black.

- Retractable feature of the pencil.
- Non-falling shimmers
- Dark color.
- Easy gliding and neat defining.
- Travel friendly product.
- Good staying power.
What I don’t like:
- Available only through members of the brand.
- Needs several swipes for a good satisfactory look of the eyes.

Ooh! I have it too and it luks absolutely sexy on the lids..bas one point is that it dries relatively quick.mine dried after 6mts itself…but maybe that was a faulty piece coz I have another shade in this range which has been creamy for about a yr now
